Westchester Flames 5 Brooklyn Knights 1

The Westchester Flames U14 boys had their opening game today against Brooklyn Knights. The first half was a tough fight. John Timoney scored the first goal for the Flames but then Brooklyn Night’s Justin Rivera equalized quickly. The first half ended in a tie. The second half, the boys came out stronger and scored 4 more goals: Luis Ayala, Xavier Carty, Matthew Praino, and Jaret Petras all scored the goals. Also a solid play for the defenders in the second half.
